抽油泵厂占地面积3万平方米，生产建筑面积1.8万平方米。各类生产设备共计70台套，其中主要生产设备包括：井式碳氮共渗炉、数控刮削滚光机、淬火机床、数控车床、数控深孔强力珩磨机、无心外圆磨床、滚柱式冷床及矫直机等；公司主要抽油泵产品分为管式抽油泵、杆式抽油泵、特种抽油泵三大类，可生产各规格抽油泵6000台/年。

工厂建立了API 11AX及建立了ISO 9001质量管理体系，理化、计量系统、检测设备、仪器配套完善，确保产品实物质量合格。

    产品畅销国内各大油田并出口至多个国家和地区。

     The total construction area of the oil pump factory is nearly 30,000 square meters, which covers 18,000 square meters of production area. There are 70 sets of all types of production equipment, among which the main production equipment includes: well carburizing furnace, CNC scraping and rolling machine, quenching lathe, CNC lathe, CNC deep hole strong honing machine, centerless outer grinding machine, cold roller machine and straightening machine, etc. The company's main oil pump products contain 3 categories which are tubing pump, rod pump and special pump. The factory can produce 6,000 pumps per year. 

     The company has set up a quality management system in compliance with API-11AX, and ISO 9001. The physical and chemical, metering system, testing equipment and instruments are perfectly equipped to ensure the quality of the products.
