油管厂占地面积5万m2，生产用建筑面积2.8万m2，设热轧无缝管（油光管）、镦锻热处理、油管加工、冷轧等五个生产车间。拥有热轧无缝管、加厚油管镦锻、油管热处理、数控加工、静水压试验等主要生产设备50余台套，能满足热轧无缝管（油光管）、精轧管、加厚及不加厚油管及其接箍的生产，并拥有国内一流的旧油管修复专用设备。

    工厂有40年生产油管的经验，建立了API 5CT及ISO 9001质量管理体系，理化、计量系统、检测设备、仪器配套完善，实现了从研发到生产全过程的质量监控，确保产品实物质量合格。

    工厂产品畅销国内各大油田并批量出口至美国、加拿大、俄罗斯、澳大利亚等世界多个国家和地区。

    The Tubing Plant of Zibo Hongyang Petroleum Equipment Group Company

    The tubing plant covers an area of 50, 000 m2 and a construction area of 28,000 m2 for production. There are five production workshops, including hot rolled seamless pipe (oil-smooth pipe), upsetting and forging heat treatment, tubing processing, cold rolling. It owns more than 50 sets of main production equipment, such as hot rolled seamless pipe, thickened tubing upsetting, tubing heat treatment, CNC machining, hydrostatic pressure test and so on, which can meet the production of hot rolled seamless pipe (oil smooth pipe), fine rolled pipe, upset and non-upset tubing and its coupling. Moreover it has a first-class special equipment for repairing old tubing.
